This was our 3rd project for the Treehouse Pediatrics clinic located in Round Rock. The scope included interior demolition of a space previously used for a lab and the build back of new walls, ceilings, millwork and flooring with upgrades made to the plumbing, electric and HVAC. This work created new exam rooms with new and reused materials. We built and installed new workstations, reused existing lighting, carpet flooring, millwork and ceiling tiles. Finally, we installed new millwork, the existing concrete floors were polished, fresh paint was added throughout, and different wallpaper was installed in each treatment room to make each room unique along with sinks and electrical outlets per plan.
