This project was a second generation interior finish-out consisting of individual offices and open office space with work stations, several conference rooms, huddle rooms, an open workstation area, a breakroom, storage room and IT room on existing tenant offices. complete with all new finishes, lighting, mechanical and power requirements thoughout. Coordination was necessary with security, building management and existing building tenants due to the boisterous work.
