First generation, high-end tenant finish Out in the new “Class A” Colorado Tower for the Kelly Hart & Hallman Law Office. The space included specialty horizontal wood paneling design throughout as well as glass door systems. The space includes over twenty offices, four conference rooms, library, server rooms, and break area.

As part of the building requirements, the project was rated in the Austin Energy Green Building program.
