Construction of CHiP Semiconductor’s new forty thousand square foot office, warehouse and laboratory was delivered under the design-build model. As the design build manager, Sabre Commercial managed the site planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and limited construction administration for the development. The building is composed of a concrete tilt-up shell with an internal steel framed structure.
