The Atwell / RVi Landscape project was an expansion of their existing space into an adjacent suite in Downtown Austin. The interior office expansion/remodel involved selective demo to existing walls, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. We upgraded the space with a painted exposed ceiling that consists of linear and round light fixtures and side wall supply air registers on exposed ducting in the open workspace area. We also added a kitchenette, storage room and upgraded the restroom with wall, ceiling and floor finishes, as well as expanding the existing RVi conference room per plan. Existing offices were equipped with new motion sensor light switches, new lay-in light fixtures into the gridded ceiling and sliding barn doors complete with fresh new carpet, as well as clearstory windows installed at each office demising wall. We created 3 new openings, connecting the new Atwell space to the existing RVi Landscape suite and provided a new display area right inside the front entrance.
